Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes to these Terms do not change an estimate, order for service or bill of lading you have already signed.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:
- Engaging in any behavior that disrupts the functionality of the Site.
- Using the Site to transmit malicious or harmful software.
- Violating applicable local, state, national, or international laws.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Presto Logistics or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Presto Logistics shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. This section applies only to your use of the Site. It does not limit our responsibility for your goods or for the moving and storage services we perform, which is described in the next section.
7. Moving and Storage Services
These Terms cover the use of this website only. Any move or storage we perform is governed by your written estimate, order for service, bill of lading or storage agreement and the applicable tariff, together with the laws that apply to your move. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for loss of or damage to your goods, or any right you have, under those documents or those laws.
- Interstate moves are governed by federal law, including 49 U.S.C. § 14706 and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s household goods rules (49 CFR Part 375). Before an interstate move, please read FMCSA’s Ready to Move? Tips for a Successful Interstate Move (opens in new tab) and Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move (opens in new tab). Federal law also requires interstate movers to offer a neutral arbitration program for loss, damage and certain charge disputes; our program is administered by CSI Claims Pro (csipros.org) (opens in new tab), and we describe it in your moving documents before you sign the bill of lading.
- Moves within California are governed by the California Household Movers Act and the Maximum Rate Tariff issued by the California Bureau of Household Goods and Services (BHGS). Estimates and prices shown or discussed on this website are not a contract. Your price is set by the written estimate you receive and accept.
8. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information. Please review it carefully.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, except where federal law applies, including federal law governing the interstate transportation of household goods.

Opt-In Process
You may sign up to receive SMS/MMS messages through the following methods:
- Verbal consent: you provide explicit verbal consent during an interaction with a representative, which is documented.
- Email consent: you respond to an email invitation with explicit confirmation to receive SMS messages.
- Text message opt-in: you text a specific keyword (for example, “JOIN”) to a designated number to subscribe.
By opting in, you authorize Presto Logistics to send recurring SMS messages, including updates about your estimate and move and other relevant information. We send promotional or marketing messages only if you have agreed in writing (for example, by texting a keyword, or by checking a box or signing a form that says so), and that agreement is never a condition of buying our services.

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with Presto Logistics.

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile service provider for details on applicable charges.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from Presto Logistics. Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation message stating: “You have successfully unsubscribed from Presto Logistics, Inc. You will no longer receive messages. For assistance, contact us at info@prestomoving.com or call 818-349-4000.”

Privacy Policy and Terms
By opting in, you agree to the Presto Logistics Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
